Gaylen Moore is a senior writer and editor for the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative. She writes, edits, and produces teaching cases and guides, as well as other supplemental curricular materials for case sessions and toolkits.
Gaylen has collaborated with Harvard Kennedy School faculty as an editor and case writer for over 15 years, producing works on public value theory, collaborative governance, bureaucratic dysfunction, and civic engagement strategies. In her home city of Worcester, she coordinates her local chapter of Mothers Out Front, an organization that leverages the urgency of mothers’ concern for their children’s futures to pursue climate action and solutions.
She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in fiction writing from Emerson College.
